What keep coming up in the trials against Monsanto (Germany’s Bayer) is that those who should have testing Monsanto’s products, were controlled by Monsanto, even basing their evaluations on reports provided to them by Monsanto. The amount of damages being rewarded may be reduced, but the judgement has not changed.
