Taking Back Control violates all rules of professional caution in this respect. Continuing to chew on my older question, How Will Capitalism End?—‘end’ in the sense of the capitalist economy being brought under social, i.e., democratic control—the book focuses on the relationship between political form and social content: between the institutional structure of statehood—centralized or not; democratic or not; small or large—and the mode of production and reproduction of social life in modern capitalist societies.
