The State of the Union is a series of events organized by alternative media organizations Brave New Europe and Conter ahead of the European Parliamentary elections.
The EU used to claim that it was a “Force for Peace.” In the meantime, it has become a “force for war,” driving on the war in Ukraine instead of seeking peace. EU ships and troops are already massively active in Africa and have now begun exercises in the South China Sea. The EU Commission President, the German Ursula von der Leyen, was the first head of state to rush to Israel to pose with Netanyahu and support Israel’s genocide in Gaza.
