This is the difference between corrupt EU and German politicians and objective juries. Despite repeated warnings, which were suppressed, apparently also with illegal means (see this) Roundup has gotten literally away with murder – and this continues.
Apparently we can have monopolies and a corrupt political class or a healthy environment, but not both.
