Phys Org: EU countries split over copyright overhaul

Good news for us and you. A decision concerning copyright laws has been postponed (possibly until after the EU elections). There has apparently been a lot of public pressure to revise the law, which pitted to corporate blocks against one another. The losers would have definitely been the consumer.

Postponement has one great advantage however: it allows more time for corporations to distribute more largesse in the form of bribes, donations, and jobs to the EU political class.
