The oligarch Babis´s Czech party is in the ALDE (Liberal) faction in the EU parliament. If Babis is convicted for illegally obtaining EU funds, we will have a sitting Prime Minister of an EU state with a fraud conviction, making him one of the few members of the EU political class who is not only criminal, but a criminal as well.
