Politico: EU tries to stop energy treaty exit stampede

EU countries reject the corrupt EU Commissions-led reforms to the Energy Charter Treaty, saying they fail to stamp out protections for fossil fuels.

Spain, the Netherlands, France, and Poland have all declared their intention to exit the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT). The Germans and their Green Economics and Environment Minister Robert Habeck are likely to follow as once again they are exposed as hypocrites with regard to climate change
