Again the European Court of Justice usurps the right of local governments to protect the health of their citizens. All in the service of corporate profits. Interesting is the fact that Germany keeps its name out of these trials. Instead Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary, which are heavily dependent on German car manufacturers are the supporters of the appellant (see here)
