They will probably be the last nations, which the EU will still consider tax-havens. What happened to Panama, Luxembourg, The Cayman Islands, the United States? Without tax-havens neo-liberalism would not function so well, and that is the last thing the EU wants. Wait a moment, aren’t we part of the EU?
