In this video, Esther Anaya Boig, from the Centre for Environmental Policy at Imperial College London, and Dr Cosmin Popan, from the Department of Sociology at Manchester Metropolitan University, summarise the findings of their paper (which can be accessed here) on the intersectional precarity of riders in the app-based food delivery sector.
